1. About YouMiku

YouMiku is an international social platform for cross-language communication. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

• You must be 16+ and provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for your account activity and password security
• One person, one account. No automated/bot accounts

3. Paid Services

• Membership and translation characters are digital goods (see Refund Policy)
• Members get 300 free characters daily; purchased characters never expire
• Prices may change with prior notice

4. User Conduct

You must NOT:

• Post content infringing others' intellectual property
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Post illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content
• Spam, scam, or distribute malware
• Reverse engineer or disrupt our services

Violations may result in content removal or account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your content, but grant us a license to display it on the platform
• Platform design and code are owned by YouMiku
• Respect others' copyrights when posting

6. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

To report copyright infringement, email copyright@youmiku.com with:

• Your identification and contact info
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL of the infringing content
• Good faith and accuracy statements

We process valid reports within 48 hours. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for: user-generated content, service interruptions, indirect damages, or third-party service failures.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

9. Disputes

Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where YouMiku's operating entity is registered. Disputes resolved through negotiation first, then local courts.
